On a morning that began like any other, Leeroy (8) and Samuel Junior (6) were on their way to Alexandra Park Primary School when tragedy struck at the intersection of Golden Stairs and Dorset roads in Harare. A collision with another vehicle sent their car into a tree, claiming both boys instantly and forever changing their family's life.
The loss rippled through their community—hundreds attended their burial at Glen Forest Memorial Park, including schoolchildren and parents from Alexandra Park Primary School who came to honor two bright young lives cut short.
In Stronger in the Breaks, Linda chronicles her raw journey through this unimaginable grief—navigating depression, anger, and despair while clinging to faith as her lifeline.

Meet Linda Mukoti
Linda Mukoti is a wife and mother to five children, living with her husband Samuel in Los Angeles, California. A creative powerhouse, entrepreneur, and pastor, with businesses specializing in image, beauty, and fashion services.
Together with her husband, they serve in their church as members of the pastoral leadership and have spearheaded several charity events, programs, and initiatives. Since 2013, they have been running the History Makers Trust, an educational scholarship fund founded in memory of their two sons, Leeroy and Samuel Junior.
Guided by the belief that "it is possible in an impossible world," Linda redefines success not as avoiding pain but as the courage to continue forward, one deliberate step at a time.
